NEWS RELEASE: 5th Running of the Bulls of Silver Lake! Earth Day Week 2015

Where: the Silver Lake Meadow; forecourt of the VDL House; City Cultural Monument #640. Also at THE NEUTRA INSTITUTE MUSEUM OF SILVER LAKE, 2379 Glendale Blvd.

When: Earth Day Week: Sunday, April 26, 2015.

Why: HEALTH FOR THE COMMUNITY! Race for Tax-Deductible donations for Preservation of Modernist Icons of the recent past, THE NEUTRA INSTITUTE MUSEUM OF SILVER LAKE and the VDL Research House II in particular.

Events: Check the Neutra Institute Website; http://www.neutra.org/runwalk.html for various events planned for that Sunday, including Runs, Walks, Bike Rides around the lake from 7-10 AM followed by house tours at VDL all afternoon. Also THE NEUTRA INSTITUTE MUSEUM OF SILVER LAKE will be open for tours all day. In addition, from 1-4:30 PM, self-guided tours of Neutra designs at and around Neutra Place, just south of the Meadow on SLB.
