Did you mother survive war? Or your grandfather? Or your spouse? Was there an event that preceded your life that feels removed, and also feels so close?
This is a workshop engaging tools from trauma therapists, trauma healers, psychoanalytic theorists, rabbis and beyond to explore how, when, where and if trauma can be passed down between generations. Are you doing the healing work for your grandparents? Are you carrying stories on a daily basis that are altering your being that aren't yours to carry? Or is the carrying method needing a revamp?
Through text study, workshop exercises, conversation and more this series will offer tools to wade through the past, present and future as it relates to war trauma.
