A brand new craft fair is coming to Echo Park! Just down the street from Echo Park Lake, you will find a curated array of affordable, beautiful things made by thirty local artisans. Shop for fine arts and crafts and artisanal goods, and enjoy handcrafted food and drink, most for under $50.
About the Pehrspace:
The Pehrspace is an art and music venue just down the street from Echo Park Lake. Run by volunteers, it is a is the center of a vibrant community of DIY artists and musicians, both local and touring. It also houses a boutique recording studio called The Ocotillo.
About the organizers:
Flo Roth and Margaret Gallagher are graduates from Occidental College in the Visual Arts. Flo is a graphic designer for a national restaurant group by day. Her unique aesthetic emerges in her work in film, photography, graphic design, and styling. Margaret is a freelance illustrator whose recent work can be seen adorning city streetlamps on banners for Occidental. Their work in the craft fair scene inspired them to create L.A. SALT, filling the niche for a lovely and tasteful yet accessibly priced handmade event in Los Angeles.
