Join us at Southern California Aquatics (SCAQ) for a refreshing dip in the ocean as the sun rises. Participants must be able to swim 1000 yds in a pool in 20 mins. Please RSVP on our website swim.net, under 'Join SCAQ.' Our workouts start on May 12 and occurs every Tues. for the rest of the summer.
