Event Description
Join Julie Lockhart in the SIJCC dance studio on Tuesday mornings at 9:00 am for a contemporary Pilates mat class. Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen your core, lengthen your muscles, improve your posture and increase your body awareness and flexibility.
This 1-hour class is ongoing and walk-ins are welcome.
Please bring a mat, wear form-fitting clothing that you can move in, and be prepared to work barefoot or in socks.
Cost is $15 per class (cash only, please).
This class is suited for adults who are injury free at all levels of Pilates experience.
Instructor Julie Lockhart has been teaching for more than 7 years and holds a comprehensive Pilates certification from Body Arts and Science, International.
