Jenn Lacy and Kelsey Riach are bringing the Bar Method to Silver Lake. After seeing the changes in their own bodies and lives Jenn and Kelsey decided to become teachers. Then once they saw their students transform it was only natural for these best friends to open their own studio in the awesome Silver Lake neighborhood!
