This exciting new TV show, from the producers of such successful series as Bar Rescue and Hungry Investors, sets out to save struggling restaurants and/or re-open restaurants that have already closed due to financial constraints, lack of resources, or other circumstances. They are currently casting restaurant owners and their established locations throughout Southern California. Filming begins in mid-January 2015.  

Candidates chosen for the show will have one night to impress a group of established investors with all the elements that make their restaurant/venue special and prove that with a little help from one of these investors, their business can succeed and thrive once again and be a productive business within their community.

Ideally they are looking for a restaurant that is still open but sort of at the end of their rope so to speak and willing to try whatever it takes to keep their dream and/or family business afloat and profitable. They are open to dealing with recently closed restaurants, but that scenario does create some additional logistics as they would need to occupy the space once again for production and have the location fully functional. So current occupancy is best.

They are only casting in Southern California - restaurants can be free standing, store fronts, or strip mall locations - open to anything at this point. Just really want to find a great owner, with passion and decent restaurant worthy of rescue.
