How wide is Rowena Avenue supposed to be? This may be the deciding factor as to whether two trees who are scheduled for sawdust can be saved. 

Tonight, Monday, 6/2, tree huggers and concerned citizens have a moment in time to present their questions to government official's attention.

If you are interested and available, please come learn what folks have been doing to date and participate in a conversation that could lead to more coordinated action. Folks in Echo Park had a similar situation where trees were tagged for removal, and they didn't have time to act in order to save their trees. Will Silver Lakers act in time to preserve these shade giving oxygenators? Although frustrated with red tape runarounds, experts seems to hold hope that there is still time and tactics for preserving the last semblance of what used to be our beloved Coffee Table gathering spot in Silver Lake.
