MASTER PLAN PROCESS - NEXT STEPS

The Master Plan process will take place over a number of years. The first steps in the process will support the hiring of a consultant and the development of the project scope of work:

1. On May 1st, we will hold a Community Open House where we will discuss the scope of work and the consultant RFP, along with the Master Plan schedule.

2. Following the Community Open House, the City will also post the draft scope of work online for a period of three weeks to give everyone an opportunity to provide suggestions and comments.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Community involvement is critical to the success of the master plan process. Given the high level of interest in the community, once a consultant is selected, we will be conducting a variety of outreach activities to allow residents and other stakeholders to share their ideas and concerns on the Plan.
