Jennie cares, in flight and in the foothills of Glendale

Jennie knew the flight was the very first time her young passenger had been away from home. This little girl, who was deaf, was embarking on a trip arranged by Angel Flight West, a non-profit that arranges free air-transportation for non-emergency medical reasons and other compelling human needs. Jennie and her husband, Alan, a Command Pilot for the organization, volunteer their plane and time and were taking the youngster to a summer camp for other deaf children.

Jennie knew the girl was scared about flying, and a little apprehensive about leaving her parents. But this caring businesswoman took matters into her own hands. Jennie kept things fun for the entire flight by playing games and drawing pictures until they arrived at their destination. This wasn't something that Jennie was required to do, but her compassionate nature compels her to reach out and make a difference whenever she can. Though it was a simple plane ride, it speaks volumes about Jennie.

In addition to Angel Flight West, since 1991 Jennie has also volunteered her time at Verdugo Hills Hospital as an escort and host for the patients, which has proven very rewarding as well. When she isn't working toward making a difference for those around her Jennie keeps active and enjoys playing racquetball, hiking, and doing Pilates.

Nowhere is Jennie's passion to make a difference more evident than in her career as a well-respected Real Estate professional in Glendale and the Foothill Communities. If you ask past clients, some will say it was her decades of experience, knowledge, and insight in the industry that impressed them. However, most will tell you it is the way she actively listens to your needs, understands the emotions you might be feeling during your move, and her general, genuine caring that made the biggest impact.
