Take a walk on top of the S.L. Reservoir south dam!

Hello fans of the Silver Lake Reservoir, we have just received last minute notification that the LADWP and out going CD 4 Council Member Tom LaBonge have arranged to temporarily open the gates to allow walkers onto the south dam.
TOMORROW EVENING, WEDNESDAY JUNE 24, 6 P.M. TO 8 P.M.

If you have walked inside the gates before, you know what an amazing experience this can be. If you have not, then you really don't want to miss this chance. It is like nothing else. Tell your friends, this may be the last chance for quite a while.

REVISED LOCATION: The gate on the east side of the lake, off Silver Lake Blvd., just near the dog park, will be open starting at 5:30 this afternoon Wednesday .
