I truly hope that you all have had a wonderful week...
Ready to DANCE, SWEAT and BURN?
In this weeks class we will turn our energy to not only dance, sweat and burn but connecting our souls and self to the movements. Letting go of all the weeks toxic energy in hopes to heal and rejuvenate our mind and body for another week ahead.

What to wear:
Please wear comfortable yoga style paints. I bring plenty of wraps but if you have a special one that you like to wear please do. :)
