Give back to your community while getting something for yourself.
Anytime between 11/10-11/18 bring in 4 non-perishable food items or toiletry items in exchange for 2 FREE CLASSES.
Tell your friends! This is a great way for new students to try out Bar Method for free!
Classes will be good for 1 year. If you want to use them right away you can or hold onto them for a rainy day.
At 1.7 million residents struggling to get food, Los Angeles has one of the highest hunger rates in the nation. Do your part and we'll give you classes in return.
Our goal is 450 lbs. so PLEASE donate! All items will be donated to the Los Angeles Regional food bank on 11/19.
