Tenants startled at 10- Small Lots to Replace Their Homes

The renters of two well-maintained mansions built in 1910 ---located at 137 and 141 N. Rampart Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA 90026 ---were startled when they received a Hearing Notice from the Department of City Planning set for May 2 at City Hall.
