Every neighborhood has a soundscape, a mélange of musical and sometimes nonmusical noises all its own. Whether it's music, birds, car horns or ice cream trucks, KPCC's Take Two morning show wants to feature those sounds (good and bad) that provide a soundtrack to your every day.

LaBonge Encourages Christmas Tree Recycling

This December 7th event was held at the Micheltorena Street Elementary School just north of Sunset Boulevard, where teachers, parents and students came together to learn about California's history and its Chicano heritage.
