Native Garden Installed at Silver Lake's Meadow

THE NEW SILVER LAKE MEADOW NATIVE GARDEN IS IN!
 
Thanks to our new group of neighborhood volunteers, a small army of Marshall High students, and lots of donuts, we got all of the plants in the ground last Saturday. A combination of existing irrigation, hand watering, and (we hope!) a wet winter, will get them through this first year.

Attention Silver Lake voters, the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's office has an online tool that tells you your polling place. Just put in your address number and street name and your voting location pops up. Hope to see you there.
